VITTORIO LIVI
In 1962, when he was 18 years old, he established “Fullet” to produce decorated glasses earmarked for the furniture industry. Then followed: 1964 Artiglass, 1966 Curvovetro, 1967 Cromoglass, 1969 Vellutart.
In 1973, while he was setting up all these companies, he established “Fiam Italia”, the first company able to perform curved glass furniture items, which most well known international designers cooperate with.
His glass furniture designs continue to wow international buyers across the globe. |

PHILIPPE STARCK
He was born in Paris in 1949. Architect, interior designer and designer, Starck is active in every field. In 1989 he created the Asahi and Nani Nani buildings in Tokyo; in just one year. As interior designer, in 1982 he designed the current layout of the Elysée, in 1984 the Café Costes, and in 1985 the Manin in Tokyo. As well as collections of furniture for French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese and Swiss companies, he has created the Fluocaril toothbrush, bags and suitcases for Vuitton, street furniture for Décaux, bottles for Glacier, sailing-boats for Bénéteau, vehicles, cutlery and tableware and computers. |
